    Annexin V/PI法是目前較為流行的檢測細胞凋亡的方法。AnnexinV是一種鈣依賴性的磷脂結合蛋白，對磷脂酰絲氨酸（phosphatidyl-serine,PS）具有較高的親和性，它可以較為敏感的檢測細胞膜表面的翻轉的PS。將Annexin-V進行熒光素（FITC、PE）標記，以標記的Annexin-V作為熒光探針，利用流式細胞或熒光顯微鏡可檢測細胞凋亡的發生。該方法快速可靠，不需要固定細胞，從而避免了Tunel法因固定而出現的DNA 段丟失，該方法廣泛用于細胞的早期凋亡檢測。
